Warranty
Policy.

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to physical goods purchased from Watches of Melbourne (the "Physical Goods"). By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Defects in material or workmanship.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Watches of Melbourne will repair or replace, at no cost to you, any products or parts found to be defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty is transferable.

A replacement Physical Good or part will uphold the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good, or extend for 1 year from the date of replacement or repair — whichever is longer.

Exclusions from this warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover issues arising from:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Negligence, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modifications.
• Damage or destruction caused by natural events, including but not limited to lightning, floods, or other disasters.
• Theft or loss of the Physical Goods.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches to crystal, case, or bracelet resulting from everyday use.

Receiving warranty service.

To receive warranty service, contact us first to identify the issue and determine the most suitable resolution. Do not return any goods without prior authorisation.

Once authorised, please send the Physical Goods in their original packaging, along with any accessories or documents that came with the product, to the address provided by Watches of Melbourne at the time of your claim.
