First-time luxury watch buyer? You're not alone - here are the questions we get asked the most.

Is every watch authenticated?

Yes. Every piece is hand-inspected by TJ before listing. We verify movement, case, dial, hands, bracelet and serials, and we cross-check papers where included. We don't list anything we wouldn't wear ourselves.

What if I think it might be fake?

It isn't - but bring it to a third-party watchmaker if you'd like an independent inspection. We're happy for any watch we sell to be vetted by a qualified professional. If something genuinely isn't right, your money is refunded immediately.

Can I return a watch?

Yes. If a watch is materially different to how we described it, or you change your mind within 7 days of receipt (in unworn condition with all accessories), we'll refund you in full. We'd rather you be sure than stuck.

How does delivery work?

Fully insured, signature-required courier anywhere in Australia - usually next business day from Melbourne. International is available on request. You can also collect in person in Melbourne by appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Direct bank transfer is the default for the cleanest pricing. We can also accept card payments (subject to a small surcharge) or staged payments by arrangement. Speak to TJ directly to discuss.
